If i used checked tenders instead of whole breasts, how long do you think i would need to bake them? I use Club crackers in place of Ritz. Use half the butter called for. Sometime I stuff the chicken with spinach and cheese and follow the recipe. I made this recipe yesterday and I loved it. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Will make it again in the future. Melt the butter and dip the chicken in the melted butter and then roll in the ritz crackers! I am going to try your egg version just to see how I like it. I usually cut my chicken into large bite size pieces before dipping and rolling…. Bake in degree oven and it is one of my favorite ways to make crispy chicken nuggets! I gotta say that I changed the recipe up…as I didnt come across this version until after. If you use larger pieces of chicken, they may take longer to cook through.

I am the person who is always eating chicken with a sauce of some kind but these were amazing as-is and wanted for nothing. I had seconds and went for thirds before I realized I really was full. S2C Image. The chicken smelled sooo good while baking and the garlicky butter sauce was delicous over noodles. I cut my chicken breasts in half, so next time will reduce the cooking time to mins.

As others suggested, I cut the amount of butter in half, which turned out just perfect. I also added 2 tsp. This is one I will be making again. I also flipped the chicken over about halfway through the cooking time. I used 3 very large boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut each in half. My husband and I both loved this recipe! The chicken came out so moist and juicy, I can't wait to make this one again. True not a light meal, but it the taste is awesome. I did take other's advice and add seasonings to the cracker crumbs for more flavor. It was great. I added 3 cloves of garlic to the butter and just a dash of wine as another reviewer suggested. The extra butter sauce went over egg noodles. This was definately a keeper. Thanks for posting. Used egg whites instead. Tip: You take a stick of frozen butter and grate over the chickent etc.
