I just made a ticket because my account was hacked, I was sleepy and stupid so responded to a phishing message and my account was hacked, how long does it take for blizzard to respond to that?

I am really worried and I want my account back. Response times are around the hour mark currently last I heard. However, they do try and get to the more serious ones such as account compromises as quickly as they can.
